The newest lawyer at Cabinet de Lepinasse will share practical information about copyright, trademark law, and patents in Haiti. These are important areas for the success of any business in today’s world. 

Alexandre de Lespinasse obtained a B.S. in Business Administration at Babson College before graduating from Tulane University Law School. Although he had an opportunity to practice in the United States, he always felt deep down that he wanted to be in Haiti, and he is excited to share with Haiti’s young entrepreneurs, whose creativity and potential is truly awe-inspiring.

Lynn Duvert is a young lawyer practicing corporate law at Cabinet Sales in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Before joining the firm, she worked with EGI providing legal and marketing advice to young entrepreneurs. She has first hand experience in helping entrepreneurs come up with practical solutions to the many challenges they face. She is eager to speak at Port-au-Prince Startup Week this year!
