My journey into the field of Career Coaching really begin while working as a Work Life Balance coordinator at MTV Networks in New York City. It was there that I started paying close attention to the different dynamics that affect career growth and satisfaction. I was privileged in the sense that I loved the company that I worked for but found myself coaching people around me who didn't feel as satisfied as I did in my career path. Flashback to 11 years later, after many life changes, career transitions and relocations, I have made it my mission to help people in their career journey.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?
I have the unique experience of having worked as a Human Resource Representative and Recruiter for companies in the Entertainment Industry, Insurance Industry, Education Sector and the Digital space. This experience gives me unique insight into what companies are looking in employees, how employers are working to retain employees and and how the world of work is adapting to new technologies, ways of doing business and employee needs.
